so it goes

hi chickies. you are nice chickies. april would say "ladies" probably. i made it to work this morning by 5:33 - but it was awfully hard to get out of bed. yesterday was probably the busiest day i've had (at work, that is) and i was one tired girl.

i went to mcdonalds with jessica after work and then al and i watched napoleon dynamite. stayed up too late. oh well. i am being a calibrating fool today. chemistry is not my favorite place to work in the lab. again...oh well. i am going to paint some pottery with laura after work - then i am planing on some good SLEEP time.

momo - i need to hear about the escape. is it wonderful? i bet so.
will hopefully talk to you guys this evening. happy FRIDAY. :) love ya!

pril: are you done with the application to chicago-kent now? i forgot to ask you.

Two Items:

Item One:
Mom: I know you think that other people read our blog and then somehow use the information from it to reach us. But I just don't think that's true! They would have no way to find out my home address or anything from that. I think your "pril" mail is probably the result of me writing that on something--like signing up for something online--without using my whole name. Or maybe it's just a typo!

Item Two:
A story about Jason's sharp wit:
I was talking to him on the phone last weekend when he drove home from his day at the national guard base. We were still talking when he walked inside his house and discovered all the snacks his mom had bought for him and left on the counter. He said, "Hey! She bought me Nerds!" (you know, the candy). I said, "Must be because she knows what a big nerd you are." And HE said, "no, she just remembered that I date you and so she already knew I like nerds."

He is so proud of this comment that it's all we've been laughing about for days. :-)

stuff-ola

i forgot to tell the weather about washing my car the other day - so it decided to snow and make everything all messy. oh well. it was pretty when it was falling, so i guess that's worth something.

the only place i know for sewing machinges is husker sew and vac. good luck with all the work stuff mom. i'll see if there's a paper around at work tonight.

peace out.
