I agree that I need to move out of tornado alley. Sorry to Nebraska and Kansas and Texas and Oklahoma... and well, almost anywhere in these parts. My newest (and probably most dangerous!) hobby is looking at pictures and video of tornadoes that I can find online. I've also become fanatical about checking the weather by tv or computer. I've got it bad!

Today I learned that the US has already had over 100 more tornadoes than we do in an average year, and tornado season isn't over yet. Just thought I would share.

I'm eating cereal and getting ready to read some more Julius Caesar before bed. Hopefully I can pick up my new glasses tomorrow morning!

case of the mondays

hey folks. luckily, i don't have a case of the mondays. work is going well this morning. keeping me busy - which makes time go fast. i was saying something to jessica about how i like decorating stuff and she got all excited and is now enlisting my help for her house. she tells me that she usually asks people right away when she meets them if they like that sort of thing, but for some reason she hadn't asked me. so that could be fun. decorating and not even having to spend my own money! although, i think her taste ventures far from my own - i could consider this an exercise in opening my mind to other people's prefeferences. :)
pril, i saw on the news about tornadoes south of witchita. you really should move out of the tornado area. it would do your brain some good. momo - i haven't made it to the furniture place yet, but i am planning on going later this week. let me know about hanging out on wednesday night. k?
