a day for work and school

after vacation time for both brooke and pril - it is the day to return to "schedules" - i haven't decided if this is good or bad. i think (am pretty sure) that celia will be at work tonight, so that should keep me busier than usual and give me someone to talk to.

i visited hobby lobby this morning and came home with 6 16x20 canvases for only $17. i thought this was pretty good. plus, they are the ones that don't have staples around the edges and i like that.

al and i went to "mean girls" last night. i liked the move and the $2 theater is a definitely a good thing.

well, i am just relaxing for a few more hours and then it is time to be a super-worker girl and make myself some money! love you both! pril, i hope your first day was superb. --brooke

hey chicas,
my schedule for the week has changed. i am not working until thursday night and then it will be every night through sunday night. i talked to adam and he thinks that celia will be ready to go on her own by the 14th of september - so that is the date to make it to. there will be a couple weeks where he and i each have 4 nights in a row, but then it should go back to "normal" - so that's the scoop.
i painted over my above-the-fireplace picture this afternoon and enjoyed myself doing that. it is cheaper than buying new canvas (although they are 1/3 off at hobby lobby this week and i can't tell you how tempted i am to go buy some more.)
i am going to watch "frida" now.
