are dogs allowed in banks?

Jason and I went to the downtown bank today, and as soon as I walked in the door I jumped because a little white dog was standing right beside me. I didn't expect to see a dog at the bank! The little guy was running all around, playing a casual game of fetch with its owner, who was working on some kind of complicated transaction with a teller. Whenever the owner lady thought of it, or wasn't talking to the teller, she'd reach down and grab the squeaky toy from the dog and toss it away. He'd go running after it, and squeak all the way back to her. It was hilarious. And no one in the bank really seemed to care! People just kept coming out of their offices to see what the squeaky noises were, and when they saw the dog, they smiled or laughed and went back to work.

I was very amused by the whole scene. Can I bring Cassie to the bank sometime?
